In December 2019, she strategically relocated to the heart of Delaware. The longer, warmer summers provide an ideal setting for her business ventures.

Her refined tastes lean toward sushi and Indian cuisine, though she also enjoys the comfort of homemade soups and hearty pasta dishes.

Outside of business, Melrose’s hobbies reflect her wide-ranging interests. She approaches life with curiosity and flair, from truck mechanics to savvy shopping. When not planning her next venture, she dedicates time to her place of worship and home decor, blending creativity with comfort.

Melrose’s educational background includes PMP Training from the Delaware IT Institute, PMP certification through the Project Management Institute (PMI), a Bachelor of Arts in Educational Psychology from Thomas Edison State University, and graduate courses from Capella University.

Her career spans various fields, including her former role as a neurodiverse educator for the Chatham Board of Education (Savannah, Georgia) and as a corporate training professional specializing in Learning & Development, Project Management, Change Management, Professional Development, and Instructional Design.
